Terms of Service

Who we are

TradeAcademy ("we", "us") is a trading-education service operated from Greece. You can reach us through the contact page.

Educational content, not financial advice

  • Everything on TradeAcademy (courses, articles, the Telegram group, tools and trade alerts) is for educational purposes only. Nothing is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
  • Trading CFDs, forex, commodities and cryptocurrencies carries a high risk of losing money, quickly, because of leverage. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past performance does not indicate future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not affiliated with any broker or financial institution; brokers named in our tools are examples.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts and course access are personal. Sharing accounts, videos or Telegram invite links is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

Courses

  • A course is a one-time purchase that gives you access for as long as TradeAcademy operates the course platform.
  • Course content may be updated over time.

Premium membership

  • Premium is a monthly subscription (price shown before payment, VAT included) that renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Access to the private Telegram group requires an active membership and a Telegram account linked to your TradeAcademy account. When the membership ends, you are removed from the group.

Payments, VAT and your right of withdrawal

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content and services that start immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you have started accessing the course or membership.
  • If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will help.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, record or redistribute our content, attempt to access content you have not paid for, disrupt the service, or post unlawful or abusive content in our community spaces.

Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify registered users. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
